Women in Leadership Podcast Series

Women in Leadership is a podcast about inspiring women in Ireland. Each week Angie Mezzetti speaks to a special guest to discuss their experiences and answer listener submitted questions.

The podcast is set up to advance and encourage more women to put themselves forward for leadership positions where they can make a difference. Women make up 51% of the population and yet are under represented in most walks of life for a variety of different reasons many historic and no longer relevant.

Greater, more equal gender diversity makes economic sense in business, makes for more equitable representation in politics, smarter more balanced decision making in organisations and leaner start-ups in technology. Gender diversity at board level, in the media, in banking, in broadcasting is not just a wishful ‘nice to have’ it has to become a key objective for the development of society.

This podcast is a vehicle for women who have made it to leadership levels to share their wisdom and insights with others, both men and women who want to make gender equality a priority.
