Managers and leaders of nonprofit organisations are faced with new challenges as they lead their teams in remote or hybrid work environments.
To help you meet this challenge in your organisation, Grow Remote have created the Leading Remote Teams programme. Over 80 participants from across the nonprofit sector have completed the programme and found it extremely valuable. Created by Laois & Offaly Education and Training Board, Grow Remote and The Wheel, it is fully funded under Skills to Advance for eligible.
Over 8 weeks, Grow Remote will partner with you through a blended learning environment, to bring some of the experiences, best practices, lessons learned, guidance, and advice around considerations for managing teams remotely. Learning from peers, gaining insights from experienced remote leaders, operations and supporting specialists, this course blends the best of ‘self-paced’ online learning with live facilitated sessions and guest speakers.

The time commitment per week is 3-hours. More than one participant from any organisation is encouraged and welcome.
