Vulnerability within leadership refers to leaders who share their emotions with their team in the hope that it will build team trust and resilience. But vulnerability in leadership is very different from more traditional leadership styles that suggest vulnerability might be showing weakness, so what‘s the right balance? This month’s speakers were Dr Tracey Monson, CEO of the Daughters of Charity Child and Family Services, and John Church, CEO of the ISPCC. Both lead large front-line services through COVID. They discussed what they learned about themselves as leaders during this time and how they live it today.
