Transgender and gender-variant people are active members of Irish society and play an important role in companies and organisations across the country. An estimated 1% of the population will experience some form of gender variance.

These Guidelines created by The Transgender Equality Network Ireland is for anyone in an organisation who wants to be more informed about trans issues. It includes:
