This course is for existing Chairs looking to develop their role, or prospective Chairs wanting to have a greater understanding of the role before taking it. We will focus on what is (and isn’t!) included in the role of the Chair. How to plan and focus the board, work strategically, deal with conflicts, and manage relationships with staff.
