The Better Leadership Forum

LIFT Ireland is a social enterprise initiative aimed at increasing the level of positive leadership in Ireland. Leadership is not limited to a select few and everyone can be a leader in their own way. LIFT Ireland want to help build a nation of positive leaders. They believe that the more people ‘living LIFT’, the better the future we create for our country.

Since LIFT’s creation in 2018, over 100 organisations and 35,000 people nationwide have adopted our efficient 5-step 8-week reflective roundtable process because it’s easy to implement, it works, and they get immediate impact for their people and organisations big or small.

The Better Leadership Forum is a series of four events, hosted by LIFT Ireland with the aim of instigating a high-profile public debate on leadership. Each event focuses on leadership in key sectors of Irish life.

At each event, national and international representatives from each sector joined a high-profile MC to discuss what good leadership looks like, how to cultivate it, and the benefits of building leadership skills across Irish life.

• How companies can create social inclusion?
